just the other night
while we were eating desserts,
we were having a random chat
the topic abt customers came up
some customers are just so unreasonable
in order not to pay for the food they ate,
dey would simply create an excuse
and in service line, the slogan is,
'The customer is always right'
and it got me thinkin back abt what u said
how can this people exists in the world man
it doesnt mean that u r rich and all,
u can just treat f&b staff like ur bloody slaves
sometimes these management haf got to put dere foot in
well, its only my opinion
okay.. imagine a senario..
u come to work with a good mood
u serve customers with a sincere smile
den happened some corked-up with the kitchen
certain menus were not available
u tell that to the customers
but in actual fact, the customers came to ur restaurant with a purpose..
.. to eat their favourite dish..
so u tell dat to the customer
customer wasnt happy and ordered sum other dish
then it was time for payment
customer refuses to foot his bill
he explains himself by saying his fav dish wasnt available
i mean like.. what the hell..
the servers already tell u that it wasnt available
but u still insists on eating dere
so y the fuck u dun wanna pay
i hate this kind of snobbish people
its like a typical s'porean behaviour
hmmm.... wat a sad world it is huh
thinkin abt other countries who doesnt haf enuf to eat
while here we r lucky to even haf places to choose to eat from
so i wonder is this how business is carried out
life's unfair so is everythin else
